Welcome to Larosh Medical Center. By booking an appointment, visiting our clinic, or using our website (laroshclinic.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Larosh Medical Center provides professional aesthetic and medical treatments including but not limited to skin treatments, hair treatments, body contouring, transplant solutions, and semi-permanent makeup. All treatments are performed by trained and certified professionals.

Treatment results may vary depending on individual skin type, health conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Larosh Medical Center does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or social media channels
  • A confirmed appointment is subject to availability and staff scheduling
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances — in such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible
  • Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to availability

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you:

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
  • Contact us via phone (+971 52 832 2727) or email (info@laroshclinic.com) to make changes
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings

4. Consultation & Medical Assessment

Before undergoing any treatment, clients may be required to complete a medical consultation or health questionnaire. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments to our team. Larosh Medical Center is not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical information.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or instalment plan has been agreed upon in advance
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment plans (such as Tabby)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice — the price at the time of booking will be honoured
  • All transactions are in UAE Dirhams (AED)

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. However, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Completed treatments are non-refundable
  • Prepaid packages: Unused sessions may be refunded or transferred at the clinic’s discretion, subject to a review of the circumstances
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@laroshclinic.com within 7 days of the relevant transaction
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Larosh Medical Center, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
  • Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our team
  • Inform our staff immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns following a treatment
  • Treat all clinic staff with respect — we reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying abusive or inappropriate behaviour

8. Photography & Media Consent

Larosh Medical Center may photograph or film treatments for clinical records or marketing purposes. Written consent will always be obtained before any images are used publicly. Clients may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Larosh Medical Center and its staff will not be held liable for:

  • Individual treatment outcomes that differ from expected results
  • Adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on clinic premises

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific treatment in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Larosh Medical Center website — including text, images, logos, and treatment descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Larosh Medical Center. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through any contact form or communication channel
